On the guide of JINYULAN Chairman, Mr. Jinlan Li, they viewed our UVY Series Holographic Images Transfer Machine and JLM Series Combination of a Printed Surface Value Added Process of Cold Foil Stamping and Holographic Images Transfer which are developed and produced by our company.

During the interview, Chairman Li made a brief introduction about company history and its latest scientific achievements, also, illustrated comprehensively about the techniques of the two machines mentioned above.

Furthermore, the Chairman revealed to journalists that our company devotes more than 10% of sales revenue to the scientific development and technological breakthrough. In the coming year we will increase to over 15% of sales revenue to enhance scientific investment to build a high-level brand with Jinyulan’s own characteristic and proprietary intellectual property rights by technological innovation. Meanwhile, our company will stick to the aim of advanced function of products and intellectual property right; strive hard for larger market share to be the leader in the post-press industry and supply equipments with features of environmental protection, anti-counterfeit, energy-saving, high-efficient and novelty.

Jinyulan’s UVY Series Holographic Images Transfer Machine has broken the routine that combing the hologram film with printed paper directly or coping to the printed paper by laser aluminized film. The present technique is to apply UV ink (full or spot plate) over the printed paper, then press between paper and prepared hologram film which would be separated shortly after dried by UV lamp. Then the paper has the same image with hologram film. The image appears to rotate, giving the illusion of different hologram patterns at different observing angles. The original images are set off by the transparent hologram patterns to achieve the brightness and modern aesthetics. Its achievement is much better than the immediate combination between hologram film and paper. The technique of combination of hologram film or laser aluminized film can never catch up with this novel one.

JLM Series Combination of a Printed Surface Value Added Process of Cold Foil Stamping and Holographic Images Transfer is a novel printing machine, which fills up the blank of this field in China and is equipped with functions of offset cold foil stamping, holographic images transferring and UV varnishing. When making the offset cold foil stamping, the transferring films can be the low cost domestic cold foil stamping films and the stamping plates can be the low cost PS plates. Besides, the foil utilization in the printing is high. It can be stamped not only on the sheet paper same as done by import equipments, but also on the plastics. Furthermore, it has amazing artistic and excellent anti-counterfeit, which can realize fine lines, small words, halftone patterns, and such metal decoration and so on. It can be degraded in the environment. The max speed of holographic images transferring line reaches up to 6000 sheets/hour, with accuracy of ±0.15mm and max breadth of films up to 920mm. This equipment has features such as energy-saving, environmental protection and cost-effectiveness, etc, which is special for the production of packing materials with high level and anti-counterfeit.
