Hologram Images Transferring Machine

UVY Series Hologram Images Transferring Machine is the initiative development for Magnolia to be cost-saving, environmental-protecting, anti-counterfeiting and value-added. It was enrolled into National Industry Standard . It is widely used in high-grade anti-counterfeiting printing substrate such as cigarette, wine, food, medicine, cosmetic, digital product etc. It can combine with product requirement of printing companies. It can be equipped with different configurations and devices according to customers’ requirement.The core technologies have gained patent at home and abroad, one of which is granted with Chinese Patent Excellence Award.

This series product applies UV varnish to coat either full plate or spot on surface of printing substrates, then the coated substrates are pressed with patterned hologram transferring film, after curing in transferring unit, the film will be peeled off from printing substrate, to achieve same hologram effect as hologram transferring film on printing substrate. In addition, without any processing, the same roll of film can be reused after peeling from substrates.



Features:

Cost-saving--The ultra violet dryer system of this machine is a special device to save energy by one time than normal curing system. Since the film can be reused more than one time, it totally reduces material loss to low down production cost. Environmental Protection-- Without any plastic film laminated on the substrate, it is much easier to be recycled and biodegradable.

Anti-counterfeiting-- With novel technology, it is hard to duplicate the hologram image when applying customer-made anti-counterfeiting film.

Value-added-- The transparent hologram image perfectly marches the printings, its attractive metallic brilliancy totally enhances the beauty of the printings to be shinning and sparkling.


Key Techniques :

● Transferring device consists of film unwinding, rubber roller, impression roller and film rewinding; it applies way of UV printing to achieve cold transferring of hologram images.

● The transparent hologram images are perfectly integrated with printing substrate; it combines anti-counterfeiting and environmental protecting in one and enhances the added value of the printing substrates. Meanwhile, since the transferring film can be reused, it solves problems of recycle for laminated hologram film package after using or biodegradable for waste.

● Coating unit applies ceramic anilox roller and chambered doctor blade device to achieve even coating and assure coating quality. It is with long service life and easy to operate, it is suitable to achieve both spot and full plate varnishing.

● UV curing device applies quartz glass for heat insulation and flitter. Accelerated cooling air temperature control system to assure stable temperature and make sure the film is dry when peeling off and it will not deform.

● Seam avoiding function is able to avoid seam of hologram transferring film to achieve continuous production to reduce material waste. Meanwhile, function of positioning is able to make sure the hologram images are transferred to specific position of printing substrate to enhance product’s grade.
